Her viral videos have reached more than 30 million views, with features in the Today Show, Good Morning America, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Essence.Nicole lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three adopted daughters.About the Eagle AwardThe eagle symbolizes strength, vision and the ability to rise above qualities that have defined generations of minority entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses, created opportunities and strengthened our community.For nearly three decades, the Mobile Chamber Eagle Awards have honored more than 130 outstanding minority-owned companies for their achievements, perseverance, growth and contributions to our economy.We want to hear your company's story what you've built, what you've accomplished and the impact you're making.EligibilityApplicants must:Be a minority-owned business, with at least 51% ownership, operation and control by African American, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian or Asian American individuals.Must be a Chamber member upon selection.Have been in business for at least three years.Have 100 or fewer employees.Be a privately owned, for-profit business.Be headquartered in Mobile, Baldwin or Washington County.Eagle Award winners may reapply after one year.The day includes the Eagle Business Forum, a professional development program, and culminates with the annual Eagle Awards. The deadline to Apply for Eagle Award is Monday, September 28.
