Inspired by the extraordinary special exhibition Aminah Robinson: Journeys Home, a Visual Memoir , join local artist Monica Beasley for an immersive, hands-on workshop celebrating personal narrative and creative evolution.

Artist Aminah Robinson coined the term RagGonNon to describe a complex, living work of art that continuously evolves and “rags on and on” as people reflect and build upon it. Under Monica’s guidance, participants will explore their own personal history, memories, and lived experiences to create a unique, painted version of a RagGonNon.
No experience necessary and all supplies are provided.
